Hawg Nutz LLC is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the shipper or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us for your order. Because Hawg Nutz LLC uses a third party shipping source, Hawg Nutz LLC is also not responsible for late or delayed shipments due to acts of nature, disaster, or other events not within reasonable control. In the event the contents of your package is damaged during delivery, please take pictures of the package and the Hawg Nutz product.
Hawg Nutz LLC will only honor returns and exchanges on orders placed directly with Hawg Nutz LLC and will not honor returns on merchandise purchased at retail locations. Hawg Nutz LLC will only honor the exchange of product purchased through the Hawg Nutz EStore/Website. Exchanges must be for the same product, or a product of the same value.
Because we inspect all food products prior to shipment to ensure proper quality of goods and FDA seals, we will not accept returns on any open food containers where the FDA seal is broken or altered. We will not accept returns or exchanges on opened or partially used food products.
Hawg Nutz LLC has a 15 day return and exchange policy for clothing products. You may return your merchandise to Hawg Nutz LLC within 15 days upon the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase. Items may not be worn or washed. Shipping charges will only be covered by Hawg Nutz LLC in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product.
Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered. Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise.
Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully as Hawg Nutz LLC does not give returns or exchanges due to mis-washing of products.
To Make a Return or Exchange
- Call us at 615-593-2992 to get an RA (Returns Authorization) number.
- Write this number on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us.
- Once we receive your return or exchange item, we will initiate the process.
We recommend using a trackable source such as UPS to ship your return. If sending regular mail we recommend insuring the package. Hawg Nutz LLC is not responsible for lost contents during return shipping and will not be able to complete the return or exchange.
